Step 1: Do you use 'I' for a long time, how long can you concentrate on something?

We did this question from about 50,000 students in the last three years.

 99 percent of these gave the answer is 'NO'. How to increase the concentration power? When you go to watch a movie of your choice, keep sitting in your eyes for three hours. In the same way, after leaving food and drinking in a cricket match, you see him alone.

You put yourself in the same, but do not take much time to distract attention while studying. If the music is playing miles away, then such an excuse for taking care of meditation, your attention immediately goes away from studies. First understand the Meaning of the Concentration To understand this, we have to understand the 'interest' very well. Imagine that you are given photos of the last week party, in which you were also. What will you see in those photos?

 Obviously, you will try to see your photo in those photos. Most of the time your interest remains in seeing yourself. It means, you can concentrate more in the subject in which you are more interested. You also learn that subject quickly. In a Memory Test we introduced class 6 students into two groups and told them about the ancient humans and their development. The first group was told - the ancient man lived in the cave. They ragged two stones and discovered the fire. They used to wear leaves ... Asked from the second group, think of yourself as a primitive human and told them - 'You used to live in the cave. You rubbing stones and searching for the fire. You used to wear leaves and animal skins in the body ..! 'Did you know that the second group's students learned quick lessons and after a year almost repeated the story in exactly the same way.

 Include Imperté Klou yourself.

Step 2: Repeat, we will have to admit that 'strong memory is not as good as a week point!'

 Until we repeat, there is no point in reading and learning anything. You all know how important it is to repeat, but repeating in a scientifical manner to get a good result is impossible. Repeat in a scientific way, we try to understand it with an example. If we remember a subject in two hours a day, then when should it repeat? Scientifically, the first 24 hours should end till the end. There is a reason for this. Our brain can only hold 80 to 100 percent of the newly learned thing or information for only 24 hours. If you do not read or repeat during this period, then the same cycle of forgetfulness starts even faster. Therefore, the first revision should definitely take place 24 hours. After repeating once in 24 hours our brain remembers this information for about seven days. After seven days, the cycle of forgetting starts again faster. The next revision should be seven days later, if we revive for the second and the second time in 24 hours, then our repeat time remains only 10 percent. This ten percent is of that time, which is to learn the topic. Imperté clu: 24 hours / seven days

Step 3: Improved studies Think that after one week you have an exam.

 You have to prepare all the subjects. What method will you adopt now? Method 1- Read a topic in one day and repeat all the topics in the last six days. Method 2- Read all topics together, like two hours of maths, then next two hours history etc. Come see now what happened? When we read a subject such as maths, there is a lot of pressure on a particular part of the brain, which is not okay. So change all the subjects jointly and read them, like after reading math for two to three hours, geography and other topics in the next two hours.

Step 4: The importance of resting is rest after every 40 to 50 minutes of study.

This rest should be about 10 minutes. Relaxation of 10 minutes means full comfort. Otherwise, the different educated knowledge and information will keep the mind confused and there will be disturbances in the mind. In 10 minutes, you can listen to your favorite music or do a little comfortable exercise. Impertual clue: 45 minutes / 10 minutes

Step 5: Inspiration yourself: There are many medicines to speed up the mind in the market;

 Do these medicines or tonics really work? To know this we did an experiment. We created a group of thirty people who were from the same background. We told them that we have a memory tonic, which will be helpful in increasing memory in three months. Then we took a small test and gave 15 people out of that group to colored water in a well-known brand bottle. In this way all the people were fed the same water, tonic, for three months. After this we took the test again. Result: Everyone got equal points in the test. Why did that happen: Everyone believed that they were trying a bit differently to speed up the brain, thereby improving their memory power. It was his Self Confidence, who encouraged him to do well in the Test. We should also remember Henry Ford's point of view that you can do the same as you think. If you think well then do perform well, otherwise it's the opposite
